Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Due to safety and quality control considerations, as well as transportation costs, opened products cannot be returned. We do not accept any unconditional refunds or returns for reasons other than product quality.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of research compounds, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or reconstituted products
- Products that have been stored improperly
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Custom or special-order items
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at jikebiopeptidepartner@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return
Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at jikebiopeptidepartner@gmail.com. We will arrange a free return shipping label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
